It's a cold and blustery day here in central PA, so you can image my delight when I found this in the garden during my morning "check-up."
The first of many I hope:)

I've been taking daily pictures of this nest since April 15, 2012. Watch for my post on Sunday! Enjoy, Louise.

Beautiful! That color is one of my favorites. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteChannon, I was just thinking this morning that there wasn't enough blue in the garden, then this!
DeleteOh that is a nice surprise. Keep us updated please.
ReplyDeleteHey, are you doing anything for shrimp scampi day on the 29th? I have a post I am working on. Let me know :-)
I'll be posting all about it on Sunday, Tina. As for Shrimp Scampi day, I don't have any plans for posting. Since I'm leaving for Idaho on Tuesday for two weeks, Sunday's post will be my last until I get back mid May.
DeleteOk, well I was going to link up to your site too. Have a wonderful time and please take photos. I have never been to Idaho - sounds like a good trip. Be safe.
DeleteLovely Louise! I have a nest but the egg look absolutely nice!!
ReplyDeleteAwwww! I love to find little nests in my yard! Last year a bird built a nest in my grape arbor, just about eye level…very cool!
ReplyDeleteIt's a little miracle. Every time I see a bird's nest I marvel at its simplicity and its beauty. I have a nest at my front door and also at my back door, so we'll have lots of babies tweeting away very soon! Love them!
ReplyDeleteHow precious! And what a great shot.
ReplyDeleteWow, how delightful indeed! A blue egg? I have never seen a blue one before! Looking forward to see the little birdie when it hatches!
